Job Duties
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Administer and document all treatments and medications accurately
- Provide education to residents and family members as identified
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for the residents and their families
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current Virginia State Respiratory Therapist Licensure
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Current BLS or certification
- Experience with tracheostomy care and mechanical ventilator management
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the last 3 years
