Ad-Hoc Leadership Subcommittee

VSRC Colleagues,
I’m writing to you on behalf of a newly formed VSRC Ad-Hoc Leadership Subcommittee established by VSRC President Bessie Brooks.  The subcommittee, in the initial stages of development, is intended to serve as vehicle to increase the knowledge, skills and participation of departmental or organizational leaders who are also VSRC members.
VSRC members “Lead” through networking, engagement, and action. Collectively we often face similar problems albeit at different times.  This subcommittee can be another tool to access resources within our state. It can also serve as a method to provide educational topics that would benefit your efforts to lead and improve the care that your team provides.
We request your completion of a simple 9 question survey so that we may better know our audience and your opinions regarding areas of emphasis for our Leadership Subcommittee.
Please open the Survey Monkey hyperlink below to complete the confidential, two-minute survey.  Feel free to forward the e mail to others you believe would be interested in contributing. The survey will be open for your input for 14 days.  We will share the insights from the survey at the upcoming VSRC BOD meeting, October 13th, in Roanoke, and use this information to help guide our participation  in the coming year.
